Screen Grabber is a simple program designed for Windows XP which enables users to capture all or a specific part of the screen and either copy it to the windows clipboard or save it as a BMP JPG or GIF file.

The functionality is designed to be similar to the Snipping Tool which comes with Windows Vista, which isnt compatible with Windows XP.
